Has anyone found any portable devices that actually work for sleep apnea? I find it very cumbersome to travel with my CPAP, so I would be interested in learning if any of the many small devices advertised on Amazon and elsewhere actually work (nasal clips, etc.).

There are some very small units out there. Google small CPAP devices. Check the reviews on the larger online CPAP stores. Most of these stores have serious unit rating...as they realize others want to know.

Not sure I can mention sites, but two good sites are Direct Home Medical and CPAP.com
