I seem to have gained 3 lbs or so in the 4 weeks since i started cpap therapy. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

Could the holiday season have anything to do with it? I seem to have the same issue every year from late November till January and then guilt takes over and I start moderating my food intake a bit. I found an article that does indicate weight gain is a side-effect of CPAP therapy (if I read this mumbo jumbo correctly):

Probably best to keep close track of your caloric intake... this is easier said than done! Good luck.

Thanks for the advce, but i have now gained a total of 9 lbs. since i starteed therapy one month ago. I now weigh more than i ever have and although i do ear and drink more than usual over the holidays i have never. Gained this much weight. Thanks also for the link tot he article.
