I have been using my BiPAP machine for over 4 months now and recently I have had some unusual results for my leak score on myAir. I use the Resmed AirFIT P10 nasal pillows. My leak a min score is normally anywhere from 4.5 to 15, sometime getting into the mid 20’s. But 3 times in the past week I have had a 0 leak per minute score. Is that normal or is my machine malfunctioning?

Sorry, but I don't use MyAir. Your machine happy face/unhappy face should tell you if you have a serious leak or not. I use SleepyHead (OSCAR) to view my results because I can see what the leak rate is from minute to minute all night long. Looks like this with my P10.

A zero leak, or no leaks is great, you finally have a great seal. Keep watching the leak rate. I have had nights with high leaks and nights with very low leaks.

I guess my machine is working right but it just seemed strange that after 4 months of 4 to 15, and getting into the 20s on occasion, that I would suddenly start having nights with no leak at all.

A different sleeping position would change the number of leaks. If you lost or gained weight, changed to a different pillow could change the leak rate as well.
