I have had results fairly similar to yours, Despite not qualifying To have Medicare pay for oxygen based on my overnight O2 test, my doc just prescribed O2, which so far has worked, need more nights to be sure but my sister's husband has bee on O2 for a few years with excellent results (he did not qualify either)
After very erratic AHI results my doctor just prescribed oxygen to use along with my VPAP, First night was positive result, Hoping this continues, Anyone with experience using oxygen along with a cpap or vpap would be interested in any input
My AHI has been spiking to 25, found with Advil PM I brought it back to under 5, not sure if this is a long-term solution
