Yes i woke up and removed the mask however like i mentioned before , this happened like twice a month , the sensation is different from choking , it is more of shortness of breath as if my breathing pauses for a certain time then resumes upon waking up , this is followed by a fast heart beats , this makes me run to the balcony to breathe fresh air and that helps a lot.
Its a true mystery to me !
Yes , i am concerned about the area i highlighted in red , i have attached the graph with events flag , flow rate , pressure , mask pressure just as you requested , i also zoomed in so you can see clearly , the time slot is from 21:56 to 22:03 .
I hope this will make the graph clearer this time , once again thanks for your help , i appreciate it .
As requested Sierra , Thanks
I wake up occasionnaly with shortness of breath knowing that my Cpap is on , this is happening not always but like once or twice a month , i checked my sleep report on both Oscar and sleepha and i noticed a gap in breathing and im wondering what could be the reason , why is it not happening everyday and why the report still shows very low AHI
i am attaching my sleepdata ( Oscar and Sleephq ) for that night.
Thank you in advance
Thank you for your reply and sorry , i have an ultra wide screen thats probably the reason why , can you check now if it is clearer than before ?
I am new to this forum , i have a screenshot of my last night sleep Data from Oscar and i would appreciate if someone could help me understand why my AHI events are very low but my CA ( Clear Airway) is higher ( 6 Events )
Thanks in advance
