Just to be clear. If you raise the temp AND the humidity it should reduce the sore throat? As a recent user of CPAP, I find the air hot and b/c of claustrophobic feelings. So, I lowered the temp. Ill try increasing humidity, and hope it won't result in "rain out",which sounds bad. Thanks for past posts, and any replies I might get. Haven't slept much, or well, in a 6 weeks
P.S. with 2 different Phillips masks. Air gets blown into my eyes. What can I do about that? Thank you any and all who might be able to help
I am on my 6th mask in 7 weeks of getting first. I keep getting sore/dry throat. It gorcescme to stop b/c it's one of the hardest distractions from my being able to sleep and driving me crazy. I just bought SoClean machine todsy so that rules out germs. Cough drop Lozenges help, but prob again occurs later on. I hsve a rrsmed 10 w humififier and its heated. One mask was nadal only, other was full mouth. Cant sleep well at all in 6 weeks. Will I ever get used to this damn machine?
