I have an older model Airsense 10, bought at the end of 2014. In Paril of this year, it appears that Resmed stop supprting the cellular technology built-in to the older models so now anyone that has an older machine cannot use their online account for results of have the technicians take off reports or update your settings remotely.
My machine is still working fine and there would be no reason to get a new one but it seems that Resmed has planned the obsolence of this model. I would think it would have been relatively easy for Resmed to grandfather the older technology when they were moving to a new standard for cellular reception.
Has anyone else experienced this issue.
