When on vacation I need eye shades to sleep because the rooms are never dark enough. With a nose mask, you can make them work, so I'd imagine glasses would also.
Face mask didn't work for me. I'd always end up opening my mouth and making horrible noises. Ended up with a nose mask and a chin strap to keep my mouth closed.
Lack of sleep plus caffeine plus bright or fluorescent lights = migraine.
I have terrible allergies so I'm swallowing in my sleep a lot. After losing 20 pounds over several months after my diagnosis I started getting incredible stomach pain from the CPAP every morning that would go away as I passed gas. Talked to my doc and they lowered the pressure.
I've gained back some of that weight and am snoring again, so I may need to lose weight or increase the pressure again.
I use an old reservoir with bottled or tap water. It's marked and is only used for travel.
