I have tried two types of masks one over face and one just the nose and the problem I have is that I am Claustrophobic And I rip them off in a Panic attack It scares me very badly and won’t use the Machine Also it makes my throat hurt And dry and tried a dry mouth tablet from my dentist and didn’t seem to work.
