I wear an eye mask at night to cover my eyes and prevent them from drying.
Hello everyone! From the posts I've read most people on this site are "newbies" to sleep apnea. I was diagnosed about 15 years ago. Me and my CPAP have traveled (well, some of) the world. I've flown with it, cruised with it and camped with it. By the way, for you campers, there's an attachment that connects from your CPAP to your car battery so you can still use it while camping. I still use mt CPAP every night. My family is used to seeing me sleeping with it, even my dogs. They know when the CPAP mask comes off that I'm awake. If I fall asleep while watching TV, my husband wakes me up to tell me I'm snoring and to put my mask on. I don't leave home without it!
