Hello, I'm searching for nasal pillow and head gear perfection. I use P10 which is great, but narrow straps do not hold it in place all night. I tried another option with head gear that has a thicker clear rubber strap that holds everything in place beautifully, but exhale vent was way too noisy. Any product that would combine these two?
