I haven't been able to get any report on my portal since I started this. I signed up immediately and answered the many questions and.set upy account. Everytime I went in it first kept saying the network is not available . This happened for several weeks. Lately I can get into research and patient reports but I can't get into any of my info or reports. It always rejects my password. I think I just now finally got it changed successfully. I have been very frustrated with the online non support. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
