Just came across this "still to be released" device. I agree - this is vaporware and it looks like the inventor has been involved in funded startups (fuel cells for example) that never materialized. There is a patent application US020150267695A1 and the front page shows one of these devices with the name Encite on it. Encite is the previously funded fuel cell operation. If you look at this patent application it mentions CPAP on the front page but the rest of the application appears to be about fuel cell construction - so nothing to doe with sleep apnea. This is probably why the patent was never issued. Anyone can file a useless patent application and then claim is it has a patent application - or is patent pending. That doesn't mean the "invention" has any value. Con artist.
