Oops I hit the enter too soon, I meant to say anything other than the the mask, I have tried and I just cannot deal with it at night, confusing.
I was hoping someone could tell me if there is anything to help with this problem
Thank you all for really good suggestions. I will press on to see if I can obtain a smaller mask, I really like the idea of just a small one for the nose. Thank you
I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea, I am unable to use the cpap, it is too big, I am unable to move while sleeping, I just found it uncomfortable. Is there a smaller mask available.
