I've been looking into one. I've tried them, but that was when I was testing on a bipap, before my pressures were so high. I will definitely take that more into consideration. Thank you.
My pressures are 3-15 and I am on a servo ASV machine
I'm using an AirFit F30i. As for pressures, not entirely sure. I will have to look when I get home.
I just started using my machine 3 nights ago. I still have some work to do, to get the correct fit for my mask. My question is, has anyone experienced puffy eyes the next morning? I looked like I was having an allergic reaction and my eyes were trying to swell shut. I'm pretty sure that it was from my mask, not having it fit properly, as I was woken a couple of times with air rushing out. It's true with what they say, a tighter fit isn't the best fit. I wanted to just rip my mask off and sleep without it last night, but I am already seeing a difference in how I feel, and I don't want to lose that. I have severe obstructed and central sleep apnea. I was having 95+ episodes an hour and my O2 would rest at around 73. Not sure what my oxygen is resting at now, as I don't have a meter to track it, but my machine told me I only had 1.6 episodes an hour last. Huge difference! After 3 studies and numerous calls, stressful days, and huge doctor bills (so worth it) I finally know what is wrong with me and am happy that I fought to find out.
