Brand new CPAP user. Still trying to get used to the mask and have only tried sleeping with it on 3 times. The day after using it these three times, my blood pressure is extremely high. I am on medication for high blood pressure and track my pressure daily at home. I check it in the morning and at night and this morning for example, it is alarmingly high and used the CPAP machine last night.

Has anyone heard of this before? I'm scared to keep using the CPAP machine it if it's actually causing these spikes in blood pressure.
