CVS makes a generic product like Xylimelts which often go on sale 30% off all house brands or BOGO, for much kinder pricing.
When I reported this air in mouth to my sleep doctor, she turned my pressure down, and the air against my lips went away. It recurred with another pressure increase, so I had the pressure reduced again and it was fine. Lower pressure was the absolute fix in my case.
Nasal gel may help with the sore nostrils. I use it every night and the air blowing no longer dries out my nostrils.
