I am an academic researcher (https://onlinedegrees.nku.edu/articles/health-informatics/dr-rupesh-agrawal.aspx). I am conducting research to understand how to improve CPAP compliance based on patient satisfaction.

Please advise if any of the sleep centers would be willing to participate in the survey to share with their patient. The survey includes feedback regarding the scheduling process, sleep-study process, sleep-lab staff/personnel, facilities, and PAP therapy.
