Thanks for the replies. Luckily, our work schedules are not the same. I work 3 days a week at night and she works 5 days a week days. So, I DO cherish the days that I am home alone and I can get quality, silent sleep. :- ) Don't get me wrong though. I do enjoy the 10 or 11 minutes in bed with her before the snoring begins, but after that????? UGH! Are there ANY suggestions as to how I can have at least an open conversation with her to at least try her CPAP again? ...or maybe something else that might help?
I CAN'T SLEEP!!!! I wear ear plugs and I still hear her snoring. I try to be patient and supportive and sleep through it. No luck there. She refuses to wear her oxygen. ...and yes. She wakes up with the bad headaches and body aches and her memory loss is getting worse. All things that go with apnea. It seems she has NO appreciation for me. Her husband.
It's not fair to me.
I'm afraid this might lead to MORE relationship issues between us.
HELP.
