Thanks. I wil have the sleep study done.
I haven't been diagnosed with sleep apnea. But I am certain I have it. It usually happens when I am just falling asleep( not deep sleep) I can perceive I am breathless and then wake up and start breathing normally. Also the lack of oxigen makes me feel week for a few minutes. It used to happen every night ( one time only) and if I took naps. Later on started taking inositol powder in high doses for other health purposes and realized my episodes of apnea at night were less often until disappeared but I was still having episodes if I naps during the day, so I thought it was getting better on its own but then I noticed when I ran out inositol, the sleep apnea episodes were more frequent and figured that was actually inositol helping! So continued taking it( for double purpose now) and now I don't have episodes at night nor at napping! But right now ran out and had my first after months, so I don't take inositol and sleep apnea is back. I want to know if someone can provide more information about the connection between the two?
Thanks.
