I tried the Res-med mirage Hybrid and could not get a seal with the nasal pillows. I recently switched from Res-med Swift FX to the TAP-PAP mask with mouth piece and nasal pillows. I had to adjust it repeatedly but I am able to get it to seal and it is nice to sleep without headgear and the marks on my face each morning.
I am considering a Res-Med hybrid mask. I tolerate nasal pillow most of the time but at times my mouth opens enough to make noise and keep my wife awake. I do not like to wear a chin strap! Sometimes I also suffer from the inside of my nostrils becoming sore from the pillow cannula. I switch to a full face mask but I have to tighten it too much to get a seal.
If anyone has experience with the Res-Med Mirage-Liberty I would love to hear from you.
