I’ve been successful with CPAP for 10+ years. A friend just was diagnosed and has a nasal pillow per my recommendation. He is complaining that he is getting air into his mouth (like a puffer fish) and has to blow it out. I remember that happening and remember an exercise to close my soft palate, in a way. I don’t remember how I was told to do this so it must be second nature now. Does anyone have an answer?
