I just want to feel myself again, because this brain fog makes me feel like I'm here but not really present, alsmot feels like losing track of time/notion.
I'll have to be patient then, also I updated the post with a picture of my mask and details of my settings.

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well, so Thursday I used my cpap machine for the first time, omg it was so annoying!!! I felt like too much air was flowing and I even took a sleeping pill LOL, only slept an hour, last night which was Saturday, felt so much better.
My question for you all that have been using the machine for quite some time now, how long did it take for you to feel or see results? me for example, I always feel tired and sleepy throughout the day and take naps whenever I get the chance, also I have been feeling disoriented for about 2 years, the lady at the sleep center referred to this as "brain fog" she stated that it will take at least 3 months for me to see improvements for the brain fog and the naps will reduce and etc, based on your experience is that accurate? anyone else that has or had the same symptoms as me?
Thank You,
The lady recommended for me to have my machine on "auto" I have the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset.
I hope treatment can help me feel normal again.
Thanks, I have an appointment in January, and I can't wait.
Hello everyone I hope you are doing well, my name is Franco, quick question hopefully someone can answer me, so for the past 2 years I have been feeling disoriented, you know how you feel when let's say you have only slept 1 hour? like you are there but not present, similar to losing track of time, once the sleep apnea starts getting treated will those symptoms go away?
