Ok... That completely disregards the intense fatigue I have to the point I was dozing off while driving or when I was at work, the memory problems, the brain fog that mad it hard to do my job but whatever.
Guess I was wrong coming here.
Hey everyone, good to find a forum dedicated to surviving the suck that is sleep apnea. I'm on week two of using my CPAP. I was diagnosed with mild apnea several weeks ago. My AHI was like... 6. Last two nights it has been 1.1.
I started out with the nose mask and couldn't get a good seal. I called the supplier and they recommended a full mask, but one that doesn't go over the bridge of the nose. I still can't get a good seal. Its like the small is too wide for me.
I'm also waking up every evening at around the same time. 230am to 3 every night and I don't know why. Any insight? My husband says I just need time to adjust to it.
