Most of my sleep specialist doctors were not sleep apnea patients thus did not have the perspective to provide insightful recommendations. After nine years of using CPAP equipment, five DME companies and dozens of sleep technicians or DME technicians, only one person was a sleep apnea patient. He provided more in depth advice and gave me a sense of confidence than any other provider to date. Is there a way for a provider review system to be created which will help patients (subscribers) find these regional gems? Is there a way to prevent this review system from just being a complaining platform, but grow into a useful tool? Is there a way to tie the review system into helping us find the best DME companies?
