How do you clean up the mineral deposits on the device and hose? Sometimes it is inevitable for me to use bottled water while traveling so any tips would be useful. Thanks snuffie3456
While I'm at home it is easy to do this but when I'm travelling sometimes to a new city it is difficult to find good clean water. How do you deal with it? When flying you are not allowed to carry liquids internationally so this is one of my concerns.

I find getting in to sleep bit difficult as I like it very quiet. It takes a bit longer as there are noises in the bedroom from the humidifier, air-conditioning and outside too. Does anyone use devices or fixtures to reduce or cut out the noise? Any suggestions welcome.

I have tried several pillows made with memory foam. Observe your sleeping posture is it just your pillow or your mattress is causing bad posture. Ask your partner to help, if you do have breathing difficulty then check your posture. Adjust your pillow so that your breathing passage is clear if required try sleeping on another mattress, see if that helps.
I regularly exercise my shoulders, neck and upper back given our lifestyle choices and constant use of laptops, phones and poor sitting posture. Prevention is always better than cure. Good habits go a long way.
