Hi all, I've been using a ResMed 10 for about 6 weeks now, with nasal pillows (airfit P10). The only problem I'm having is the the straps on the mask are straight up too small for my head. I can't loosen it, it's just an elastic strap. This is not surprising to me, I'm aware that the circumference of my head is bigger than average. But it's smashing into my nostrils which is now red and irritated all the time.

What do I do? As far as I can tell it doesn't come in any other sizes. Do I need to get a totally different apparatus? Can I just cut the stupid mask straps and sew in some elastic? Advice appreciated.
