I found the only way I can keep my mouth closed and not get dry mouth and get good therapy , it to use a "boil and bite" mouth guard and a 4" Cervicle coller under my chin .
I tried to submit to the form but with no success .... guess you are not up and running yet. edit : well I guess it is accepting new posts.... BUT why would it need to be reviewed by someone .... to make sure it conforms with the views of the medical community that sponsors the site ?
