Thank you very much for this information Sierra! I am sure I will have a few questions about OSCAR once I get started.

I did try a nasal pillow last night and sleeping on my side. Thus, I had little Aerophagia and remained less than 5 events (3.2). Had a total score of 84. The decrease was caused by a higher leak (seal) score - ~38 (L/min). However, this did not bother me in terms of sleeping and since I had no increase in events (this is the most important score - right?), I assume this is OK? I do have a message out to my provider about all of this. I have a slew of different mask types to try so hope to figure this out. Again, thank you.

This forum is great but I am finding it difficult to search for cohesive threads. I like DIY stuff - am a Type 1 Diabetic and am doing the DIY loop insulin/CGM delivery program. Thus I was intrigued to read on this forum that we can download SW that will allow us to read our machine sim cards and produce detailed reports. I want to do this but am not sure how to get started. It appears the sleepyhead project is shut down. I would appreciate a point to a thread where this is discussed or info on what I need to do to get started. My only problem thus far after 7 days is that I am getting tremendous amounts of belly air which makes my mornings rough. It sounds like it could be a pressure issue based on what I have read but would like to produce detail reports which I have seen posted. Thanks!
