Actually at this point both. Have been passed too several supervisors, recorded etc. I am contacting our local T.V. station that trouble shoots. They are good and fair.
Going on 3 months and I have yet to get my C-pak. Myself and Dr. Have called repeatedly and been lied to, one knew had info, next said no such customer. It goes on and on. Has anyone else had this problem? If it wasn't neccessary I would really go off on. I am seriously having heart problems because need so bad.
