Thanks for you patience with this issue. During the weekend of Oct 27th and Oct 28th, one of our application servers acted up causing an issue with survey data that were entered during that time frame. We took the surveys offline since then and have fixed the underlying issue.
We reviewed a large number of surveys to identify a few affected by the issue, and reached out to the participants.
However, if you did fill out surveys between October 27th and October 30th, please review your responses to assure that they are correct, and let us know if they are not. You can reach us at support@myapnea.org, or reply to this thread with any issues.

Hi texasplumr, I fixed the image rotation on our end. This happens pretty often with images taken on phones due to an additional rotation flag in the image file that web browsers don't recognize. You may need to refresh the web page to see the correction. Thanks! Let us know if you have any other questions!
Thanks Rebecca! Also, if you completed surveys, and wanted to see how you compare against other community members, you can do so on the MyApnea Core Overview page. Scroll down on that page to the Timeline. Click on the survey name (ex: Demographics Report) to view detailed charts. Here's a screenshot for example:

Hi theMezz, MyApnea only currently sends "in-app" notifications that will show up as a yellow bell when you visit the webpage. You can read a bit on the background in this post. So in its current state, MyApnea does not send emails for replies for you on the forum. Internally, we're debating providing an email digest of sorts for notifications. In the past MyApnea did send emails for forum topics and posts, however it did so for every single reply, and it was simply too much for the majority of users.
Hi theMezz, MyApnea has a site wide search in the "Help Center", that you can access in the menu bar in the top right corner. It will give you forum results as well as results from the blog, and FAQ articles. Hope that helps!
