Sorry, I can't be of any help, however, I have a similar issue. I use a resmed10 and I can't adjust the pressure, but it seems to have doubled or gone full pressure as soon as it starts, I can't exhale with the pressure as high as it went to? I have not been able to use it for about 2 weeks and I put a call into where it was purchased, but no response and no cpap as it is? Any suggestions?
