Have two ResMed Aircurve 10 machines. One in the house and one in my RV. The one in the RV displays full sleep stats when I push the SLEEP REPORT button. The other doesn't but points to the MyAir app. I have looked all over the clinical menu and don't see how to turn the full stats on. The machine in the RV isn't registered with MyAir but the one in my home is so perhaps when NOT being registered, you can see stats? Anybody know the answer?

Not sure, but here are a couple of possibilities to check:

  1. Is there a SD card in both machines? I gather that some suppliers/providers are now removing the card before giving them to patients. This may disable the collection of detailed data in the machine, and force it to be sent via the cellular route to your provider. If so the solution may be just to put a 4 GB card in it.
  2. There is one setting in the Clinical Menu in the Accessories category that is called Essentials. It can be set to On or Plus. Setting it to plus gives more control to the patient through the normal menu.

My machine has a card in it. I have not registered for MyAir. And I have the Essentials setting at Plus. When I go into the Sleep Report, below the MyAir line there is about 10 more lines with information on usage, pressures, AHI etc. Is that the detailed report you are referring to? I transfer my data to SleepyHead and can't say I look at the data on the machine much...

Hope that works,

George, I had one more thought on this. The other issue with the SD card is that the slide switch on it may be in the locked position which prevents data from being written to it. Or the SD card may be in the slot but not fully inserted. I've done both. I have also mixed up my wife's card with my card. Not a good thing!

An SD card is inserted in both machines. It is functional it is just that the 2nd machine isn't registered with MyAir. I don't have much desire to install and use Sleepyhead software as the limited results from MyAir are more than sufficient. I have not had an AHI score over 1 for years and the mask seal is pretty boring until my mask cushion material gets a been softened from use and cleaning and then the leak rate goes up a shade. The composite score and hours of sleep are kind of useless information. THanks - will check the Essentials in the clinical section and perhaps it is not set to PLUS... never noticed... it isn't a big deal; was just curious.

Out of curiosity I pulled the SD card from mine. It still displayed the detailed sleep report. I then changed the Essentials setting in the clinical menu to On instead of Plus. I then lost the detailed sleep report. Seems that is likely to be your issue.

Weird. I have a Resmed Airsense 10. When I scroll down to select "Sleep Report," all I get is text telling me to log into myair online. I do not have an Essentials setting in my menu.

The Essentials tab is in the Clinician Menu. Hold down both the round knob and the Home key at the bottom for 3 seconds minimum at the same time. That will put you in the Clinician Menu. Scroll down to the Essentials item under Options, then push the round button and select Plus instead of On. You may have to rotate the round knob to switch from one option to the other, then push it to select it. When you return to the standard patient menu you should now be able to see the additional sleep report details. You will also get access to a few extra settings from the Patient Menu.

"by enabling Essentials Plus you can allow highly engaged patients to access additional features for control over more of their therapy settings, including changing their mask type, EPR (if available), SmartStart and Run Warmup (if water tub available)."
