I have been told by my partner that I stop breathing during sleep, I searched the Internet and diagnosed myself with Sleep apnea as I have most of the symptoms. I would like to first try some mild home-made ways of treatment. Does anyone know easy and effective ways to start treatment?

Dear PocusFocus - - If you're stopping breathing, that sounds serious, and I'd recommend that you see a doctor. The home remedies that I can think of, are all about snoring and sleep position. I hope you get some good medical guidance soon - - you will be glad that you did.

Dear @pocusfocus . I absolutely agree with the reply from @bacinmass . Please see a physician as soon as you can. In all my years involved in monitoring patients, I know of nothing homemade that makes sleep apnea go away. If you need help finding a sleep lab or home sleep study, I can send you some links to national organizations that can help you.
