So the past like 4 months I think i may have sleep apnea. Basically this is what happens. I go to go to sleep and just before I'm asleep i feel wake up from either not breathing or i get this weird zap like feeling through my head. Also sometimes when it happens i would almost be asleep then it feels like water it been poured into my mouth and i wake up thirsty.
