Hi everyone. I hope this is ok to ask here. I've looked everywhere to find some help. I downloaded the software for windows 10. It won't load on my pc. It said something about "BrokenGI and OpenGI. When I look in the list of files in the download there are 2 "OpenGI" and there's suppose to be one of each. Anyone know where I can find this file or if there is anything I can do to run this program? I've had SA for 12 years or so and never heard of this software until I joined a SA Group. Now I'm curious to see what my machine can tell me about my sleep.

Thank you very much

Canookie

I have downloaded the Windows 10 version from the link below, and it works fine for me on a couple of machines running Windows 10.

SleepyHead Download

Here are some basic instructions which may have some help.

This is a discussion forum for the software, but it is not very active.

What machine do you have? The software supports most ResMed and Phillips models.

I have the Fisher & Paykel. I've only had a year or so. That's the version I downloaded and as I mentioned it wouldn't run. It said something about a graphics card so that maybe my problem. But that's when it said to run the BrokenGI which is what I don't have in the list of files.

Thanks for the reply

I tried to use SleepyHead with a brand new F&P SleepStyle machine. It would not work. I believe SleepyHead supports the Icon model though.

In that discussion forum I found this comment:

"After installing SleepyHead , you will find in C:\Program Files (x86) \sleepyhead two executables. One of them is SleepyHead-BrokenGL.exe That is the one you need, please make a shortcut to it..."

I checked and sure enough I have a BrokenGL version of the executable in the Program Files (x86) directory. It must create the two files when your download and run the single executable file. Sounds like you have to manually link a startup shortcut to that BrokenGL version of the file.
