Some comments on results - You are getting large clusters of hypopnea and Vibratory Snore during the ramp up of pressure when starting a session. These could likely be largely avoided by using a higher start pressure so the machine does not have to ramp up as much to get to an effective treatment pressure. My other previous comments about machine set up remain unchanged. I'm thinking you may be running much higher pressures than necessary because of the use of pressure support. The high leak rates also seem to follow the higher pressures.

On screen format I would still suggest clicking on the little triangle beside the current date in the top left hand corner. That will get rid of the calendar and make more room to show all the statistics and setup data. And the graphs could be shrunk in height so you can display more graphs on the screen. Click and drag on the grey dividing lines. The event tag display could be shrunk in height too. Here is an example of what I find useful for format.

Problems I face is if If I use high-pressure in the start I'm not able to sleep that's y I have the ramp with low pressure. I have not fiddled with setting much but just went though once. The other problem I have is, I'm removing the mask after 4 hrs and then I again wear it.. Just the discomfort and adjustment to sleep without tubes running around

What you could try is reducing the Pressure Support minimum and maximum to zero. You currently have them at 2 to 8. That would reduce the red pressure line (IPAP) in your graph to be equal to the green line (IPAP). In many people EPAP is your effective treatment pressure for apnea. At the same time you could adjust your minimum EPAP to 7 cm. That should give you a good idea what pressures you really need during the night. If may be possible, if they are well under 20 cm, you would be better running the machine in Auto CPAP mode, rather than deal with the complexity of the BiPAP mode.

Edit: Those high IPAP pressures (red lines) may be part of what is waking you up in the night.

When you switched to CPAP mode it appears your pressure settings were overridden, and you were getting a constant EPAP pressure of 5 cm. This clearly shows you need quite a bit more than 5 cm to address your apnea. But if you had set it at 13 cm or so, it potentially could have worked quite well.

When you change the mode to CPAP there should be a cmH2O icon - Pressure setting become available in the setup menu. It may default to 5 cm if you don't actually set it.

i tried CPAP mode during my sleep today afternoon, i think the AHI was 49 when using CPAP mode. SO i have changed the setting back to auto Bi-level. I have made the min pressure to Zero and reduced the max pressure to 20. Will send your the sleep report tomorrow. during yesterday night i have removed the mask during the sleep so the data was only collected for 3 hrs or so.

When you say you made the minimum pressure to Zero, do you mean you set minimum and maximum pressure support to zero? I think that would be the only way in Auto BiPAP mode to prevent the pressure support (red line), and just let the EPAP (green line) address your apnea.

Your pressure graph is covered up, so it is hard to tell what is going on. It looks to me that you have set your Pressure Support minimum to zero, but the maximum is still 8 cm. If you set them both to zero, then it should force the machine to push up your EPAP pressure more. It looks like you are having mask leak problems related to the higher pressure based on your time over the leak redline.
