Hi! Having water issues with my Resmed AirSense 10, with getting water in my nasal pillows at night. I have the climate ctrl - Auto, Tube Temp set at 74°. At night I do sleep with a fan on along with A/C going and that is set at 77°. I Did try Manual with Humidity Level was at 4, and still water. So how can I stop the water issue?

I would increase the air temperature setpoint to 81 F. I have mine at the recommended 27 C, which converts to 81 F, and have no problem with water in my P10 nasal pillow mask. The room now that winter is coming probably gets down to 65 F or so at night. I do route my heated hose and P10 hose extension under the covers to keep it warm though.

Hope that helps,

When you use the heated ClimateLine hose and accept the default Climate Control default option of Auto, there is only one more option to set which is the tube temperature. My machine uses metric units so it defaults to 27 C and I just accept that as well. There is no humidity temperature to set that I know of. Have not had any issues with rainout using those settings. But I do snuggle up with my hose under the covers! I suspect that the machine adjusts the humidity to a level that does not over saturate the air at the selected temperature ( 27 C in my case).

Hi! Sierra, on Resmed AirSense 10 with Humidifier, I have the option of choosing in Climate ctrl - auto or manual settings. With auto setting I don't know the setting is on and the manual I can choose tube temp and the humidity level. I did raise the tube temp last night to 81° but still got water in the nasal pillows.

I am a bit confused by what you are saying. Are you saying that you are manually setting the humidity level and the tube temperature? If so my suggestion is to set the Climate Control to Auto. Then there will be no humidity level to select. The machine adjusts humidity level for you. You still get to set the tube temperature, and I would suggest 81 F. At least that is the way my AirSense 10 is setup and it seems to work fine with no rainout.
