Is it common that the shape of your face changes using a MAD? I feel like after a month my face looks different in pics. It looks longer. My bite seems generally ok after a half hour of waking. I bite in the bite tab without problem. Thoughts?

I am using a Tap III. My dentist looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned it. It looks longer in pics to me. Like my jaw is stretched out. My bite is pretty much normal. I haven't read anywhere that this can be a side effect with a MAD so I don't know.
