I got my machine yesterday and managed to keep it on for about 4 hours. Just wondered if nose bleeds are normal the following day, and the feeling I've been punched up the nostrils?

Welcome! Nosebleeds? Machine type, which mode is it set to and pressure setting(s) and what mask would be helpful. Nosebleeds are not normal. Pained nostrils? Not normal. A little more info will help as something ain't right. Patience and work through it as it will be worth it down the road a bit.

Hi Chocahol13. Nosebleeds with treatment can occur but are not normal. They sometimes result from the air being too dry and causing inflammation in the nose. I encourage you to call your doctor and/or your equipment provider to discuss the nosebleeds, and please keep us posted on your progress!
