Hi, I have tmj, and to cure it I need to sleep by the mouth, what can I do? Thx.

I know that TMJ is a jaw problem but didn't understand what you are asking. A bit more explanation would sure help. And welcome!

Not sure exactly the meaning of your question. I have TMJ and CPAP. I have a bite splint, or mouth guard depending on what you want to call it. I don't have issues with the combination of either ailment. I have more problems with my CPAP fitting right. Does this help at all?
