Hey all

What is the usual voltage for international aircraft? I may need to travel from South Africa (220v) to the US and it's a very long flight.

How would I use my Airsense on the aircraft. I don't even know which airline

You have to get it narrowed down to the right airline, the right flight number, the exact plane that it is, and your seat number. The AirSense standard power adapter will take 110 or 220 volts. The question is whether or not there is either of these and what the plug pin pattern is.

Oh gosh, not that simple is it - so planes have 110v/220v?

Try this link:

SeatGuru

This might help you identify which flights and planes have power. Go the seat map of flights you are considering and mouse over the seats to see what they have for power supply. I would however talk to the airline and tell them you want to run a CPAP, and confirm that the outlet and the capacity of it is suitable.
