I use a cervical collar to keep my head from dropping when I sleep and disrupting the mask seal. Is there a pillow that will accomplish the same thing? The collar is hot in the summer. Thank you.
Pillows tend to be an individual thing. I have tried a few different kinds, but have settled on a "down alternative" microfiber fill pillow. I find it gives when I push the mask up against it, and doesn't as easily dislodge the mask. I used an orthopedic shaped memory foam pillow to support my neck, but found it was too firm and dislodged the mask. About all I can suggest is to try them and see what you think. I don't use the collar, so my needs may be different.
