I started wearing a dental appliance for mild sleep apnea about a month ago.
So far, I'm waking about every 2 hours (not sure why) throughout the night.
The doctor has instructed me to "advance" the appliance only slightly.
Also, my eyelids and under my eyes are swollen.
Am I the only one?
What is the relationship between the appliance and edema?
