Well Deron, bet you were in near zombie state at times especially with the rotating hours. First thing you need to do is learn to monitor progress and ask questions. This site is a good source of info. I have find that googling topics can often produce confusting or conflicting information so trust your own judgement. In my case, I had prolonged O2 levels in the low 70s and therapy cured that. I know you must have an inkling that this isn't a good situation, beyond being tired, it may also trigger negative phsicial issues. Consider buying a PULSE OXYMETER which is a wrist-watch type affair that records pulse and oxygen saturation. I bought mine to be an info reinforcement and found that therapy left me in the mid-90s all night long with almost no drops in O2 levels; especially once I figured out how to make therapy effective by taming mask leaks. Good luck and keep us aprised of how your therapy progresses as you get yourprescription and equipment. Don't be afraid to be a bit assertive with the med supply place as from what I can tell, they are not all that interested, in some cases, to fitting properly or making sure you are using the equipement properly.
