I just started treatment 2 weeks ago. Now it is making a fluttering noise at times and last night whined very loud part of the night. My mask leak comes up as good and even took it in to have it fitted again and still does it!! Help...it's waking me up!

I had the same problem with mine. Mine whined so loud I had pillows covering it so I could sleep! LOL I ended up taking it back to the clinic where I had my sleep study done ,so they could listen to it. They determined it was a problem with the machine itself! They ended up replacing my machine with a new one. I would go back again & hopefully you can get a new one.Good luck!

I would recommend trying to lay down with the mask on before you go to sleep, make sure the ramp is off so you can experience the full pressure (if you use the ramp setting) and move around, that way you can try to solve the leaks while you are awake and are most likely less annoyed with the mask. Not too tight not too loose is usually best. Some masks just don't work with every face type, so despite all of your adjusting this mask may not work for you. I would give it a few nights and if no improvement call your mask provider again.

I have the same machine. Noises will result when the filter is filthy. Yours may not be when so new. The machine will also howl if the water reservoir isn't firmly seated. I give mine a whack when it starts singing.
