Hi! I have a problem, I hope they can help me. My teeth, stones, and tooth tartar have started. A friend of mine advised me to use a machine like this for my restoration. I don't know who to see, my doctor didn't give me any normal information, I'm starting to panic. Without the machine, I can't sleep because of my illness, but if I sleep, my teeth break down. Which doctor will I see? I saw an old thread here https://myapnea.org/forum/dry-mouth-causing-tooth-decay, I'll try the straps, but they're awfully uncomfortable.
Mouth taping makes you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth. That is better for your teeth. Also reduces leaks which can make your CPAP machine more effective.
