Any idea of why this happens?

I got my CPAP machine last week and yesterday I added an SD card. I took a look at the data using OSCAR. Any ideas why the spike in AHI late? Btw, at 4:30 I woke up and took off the mask.

Sleeping position? Air Pressure?

From what I can see you have a whole series of CA events late in the night. Your AHI of course goes up with each additional event. The graphs you have provided are just parts of the needed information to see what is going on. In OSCAR with a PC all you have to do when you have the page setup optimized is press F12 and it will do a screen capture and safe the image file. Watch in the lower right and it will show where the file is saved. Then with file explorer you can drag that file into an open message here. I will attach one of my files to use as an example of what I think is a useful layout.

This said, the number of CA events you are having is a concern. You must end up with a very high AHI. The normal target for AHI is <5. My suggestion would be that the machine is not set up properly for you, and you should be talking to your provider. Your pressures are low, but increasing pressure is not an obvious solution as increased pressure can increase CA events, not reduce them. Increased pressure is typically only effective in reducing OA or obstructive events.

Oh, and just post one screen shot at a time, or your post can get delayed.
