Hello I am kind of stuck with my settings.I raised it last few days to 11 (epr 1) but had massive bloating but it would go away after the morning hours. I then took it back to a 9.5 but felt absolutely horrible as if I wasn't getting any air. (please note at 11 my tmj pain and headache was better after the early morning... last night I decided to do a 10.5 with ear 3 but it seemed to have triggered a bunch of CA's. any advice? I know that I need a sleep drug induced endoscopy but they I have to wait till corona is over to even do that since they don't do it over here. In the meantime I need some relief. The doctors here can't figure out if my LPR (silent reflux) is causing my apnea or if its just UARS causing everything else. can someone give me any advice and tell me what my min and max looks should be right now? Am I correct in saying that it seems the machine wants to go higher than 12 for the max because it seems im having OA's at even 12.. It's the minimum I'm confused about a well!

I am afraid I can't make a lot of sense out of what is happening. The CA events seem to be happening at the lower 10.5 pressure, and not at the 12 cm. The OA events seem to happen at the lower pressure and there seems to be no pressure increase response to them. Puzzling. I think a constant pressure with no flex would be better. Probably something around 10.5 could work. You don't seem to be getting any benefit from the 12 cm, and I don't even see what is triggering the increase.

Is there anything I can screenshot or capture to help you more. Is it possible something is else is causing my events?? I’ll try a fixed 10.5 today and see how I feel.thanks so so much.

Based on this chart CA's are not high, and the OA's are the largest part of your total apnea index. More pressure could help.

You could try a fixed 12 cm to see how that works. I think a fixed pressure may work better as your machine seems slow to respond to some OA events.
