New to this site, I am 48 years old, I have been diagnosed with OSA 2 years ago. My AHI is 41 times an hour. I am tired all the time, lack of concentration, high blood pressure, weigh gain and overall quality of life has suffered. I have tried CPAP to no avail and have had Septoplasty and Turbinate surgery with little to no results.
I went to a new ENT last October and he thought I was an excellent candidate for Inspire. 1 month later he performed an Endoscopy procedure and confirmed that I was a good candidate.
After 2 or 3 denials from my insurance, NY State and outside firms, I was finally approved for Inspire.
If anyone has any thoughts, comments and experiences, please share.
Thanks in advance....
